If the horror stories about 'evil insurance companies' dropping people for pre-existing conditions or?

because they get sick are true, then why is the Obama-worshipping liberal media all over this? If this issue is as bad as the liberals make it out to be, then these insurance companies should be named and shamed and be penalized by the appropriate regulatory agencies. How come is this not happening, if the stories are true?
