New law..No refills for narcotics..have to get a new script every month?

There's nothing particularly new there. Schedule IIN drug prescriptions have never been refillable. There is a new rule about tamper-proof prescription paper (that many states already required). Prescribing double would be fraudulent. As long as we have a war on drugs, there are going to be more inconveniences. There isn't much to do about it short of the legislative level.
