i took a ring to the pawn shop today....it was my dads but when he ped away it was one of the items of jewlerry he had it was a mans ring with a D on it...so i would never have any use for it, i didnt think it would be worth much maybe �5 at the most...i went in and asked for a price, the woman weighed it then told me it was worth �36 i wa pretty shocked a i was expecting a few quid so i said 'oh wow i didnt think it was worth that much' then she said hold on im gonna take it out the back and check it...i found that odd.... they didnt do that last time i pawned something...he then came back and asked another memberof staff who said no its not gold!! i asked what it was then and he said 'i dont know what it is i just know what its not' it was like she said this just cos she was suspicious that i was shocked...what do you think...to me it seem she was lying...why did she say it was worth �36 to start with??
