Should I Call my old best friend??

ok i moved from to this new town its been 4y & iv decided that i didn't want to stay in contact with my old friends since (elem/middle) i gave them lot of chances to be chill with me but they were always in a way jealous of me don't take this the wrong way i don't think iam great or anything but they would call me stick and try to put me down ive noticed and didn't want to put up with it i know iam alright size healthy person so ya i want back in town cuz i didn't move to far away and i saw one of my old friends and was like ooo no she came up to me all nice wondering why i havent called her i rather not call her she was not a good friend what should i do? ive made great! friends were i live now and they are REAL friends so help plz??
