My niece duct taped her baby to a wall?

My niece and boyfriend ducttaped her baby to wall and duct taped her mouth. Then put a picture on the internet. The FBI called CPS and they took her baby away from her. I don't know what is going to happen to my baby niece. This makes me sick. I could never had children and had a hysterectomy because of cancer. I go by the baby things and wish I could have the baby. Why does this stuff happen to innocent people?
