After biking down Skyline Drive: Is there a way to get transport from Waynesboro, VA back to Front Royal, VA?

I want to bike north to south and do the entire 100+ mile Skyline Drive. I only have a day though so I can't just sleep somewhere and bike back the next day. I need to get a bus or something back to Front Royal. And the transport needs to be bike friendly. Anyone have an idea on how I can do this?
