Destination wedding help!?

I am looking to have a destination wedding. Does anyone know a good place to have one that is reasonable priced. Also, I am not sure how they work, does all your friends and family that you invite normally pay for their plane tickets, or do you cover that? Is there a good website to go to for discount airfare for something like this? What is the best way to have a destination wedding and still have you close friends and family there?
