An easy homemade sauce for chicken and noodles?

i have the normal ingredients one has in their cabinet...chicken broth, cream of mushroom, flour, salt, pepper, oil, etc...anyone have an idea on how to make a good sauce for chicken and pasta? please dumb it down for me, im not a great cook :)
