Fullreleases.com.....Do or Don't Purchase??

I have read comments on this site at club.cdfreaks.com forums and it seems all the people posting there recommend avoiding it as it looks a scam, some there say they signed up and it turned out to be a scam and the downloads were torrents or did not work and you cannot get a refund also that you could find the same stuff they claim to have searching for them on google.
