Help with Sonic Unleashed for the Wii?

I've beaten the main game, and now I'm trying to get all the extra stuff. I have 68 moon medals right now, but I need 69 (hee-hee) to open any more side doors in the Gaia Gate to get new missions. I've S-ranked all the missions I've unlocked, so I'm kinda stuck. Help?
