I think my baby want to break some sort of teething record?

my son is 7 months and 10 days, he has been noticeably teething since 5 months, yet he still has no teeth and his gums look the same as they did back then, 2 white marks the shape of teeth on the bottom gums, slightly squishy around that area but you can still feel the shape of the teeth under the gums. so how long did your baby have teething symptoms before the teeth actually came out?
