Is it possible to fix guitar tuners from letting go of strings?

all you have to do is go to a music store and buy jus tha tuning piece. I'm not sure exactly what it's called but it only will cost you a few dollars and you can fix it yo self, it's not a very difficult task all you got to do is unscrew tha old one and put tha new one in place i hope this helps.
