Looking for an old 2d isometric mmorpg set in a post-apocalyptic future.?

I used to play a 2d mmorpg that was a top down isometric view. It was set in a post-apocalyptic future and there were mutants and what not that you fought, everyone ran around in trench coats I think. This was back some time between 1999 and 2002, I have been trying to at least find the games name for a while now and have not been able to turn up anything which brings me here. Any help would be much appreciated.
