Please help me to diagnose my ULTRASOUND PELVIC SCAN REPORT.Advance thanks for your valuable suggestion.?

The Dr has given the diagnosis which is L pelvi ureteic junction obstruction and there is obvious problem.Urologist should be consulted Urine R E and CS should be done to find eveidence of urinary tract infection.Renal functions shold also be done.Plz every one who is not a doc sholud not give his expert comments.
