What is the Best 2009 NBA Basketball Game for PSP?

I want to get a 2009 PSP basketball game but I want to get the best one. Is it NBA 2K9, NBA Live 09, or NBA 09 The Inside? I mean the best by graphics, rosters, accesories like the pros (Pierce, Wade, Lebron, Kobe, Rondo, Ray Allen, Iverson, Anthony, Redd, ect.) have on right now (sleeves, calf sleeves, arm bands, ect.), player ratings, and all-around game play.
