What will clubs like fabric do when the smoking ban comes in?

I don't know where you are from but in New York smoking in public places has been banned for years now. Doesn't matter what you smoke it is unlawful to smoke around others in a closed area. If the business can prove they have lost enough business to show a serious drop in sales they have to prove it to a judge and then they may have a designated smoking area, but that is only under very rare cirstances.
