What is the best way to see if she likes me?

I work with this girl, the first day she worked it seemed like she kept looking at me and then i went over and started a small conversation with her, she didnt seem to want to get out of the conversation, but, we are at work, so it had to end. The next day when she walked in I asked her if she needed help with somethign because she did not know what to do, I tried helping her and then told her since there were no managers around to just chill out and wait or go shopping, lol. That day she kept looking at me, but less than the first day. The next day we worked there was no grounds for a conversation to be started, she was less blatant at looking at me, As I was leaving for the night I caught her looking at me out of the corner of my eye as I was walking through the door. Now one of my friends is asking her what she thinks of me.... I do not know what to do, I think she is gorgeous, and has a good personality, but I am afraid that I may have been mistaken the pastweek, Adviceappreaciate
